Summary Description:
BB&amp;N is seeking a Head Varsity Soccer Coach for the boys’ team. This is a stipend, part-time position that is not eligible for employee benefits during the fall season. This job may also be paired with our anticipated and open positions. Responsibilities include all aspects of team organization, including practice planning and administrative tasks. The head coach will provide examples of fair play, team building, character building, and respect for the players. The BB&amp;N Athletic Department expects its coaches to operate within the athletic philosophy of BB&amp;N and adhere to the BB&amp;N coaches’ manual as well as the Independent School League (ISL) and the New England Preparatory School Athletic Council (NEPSAC) rules and guidelines.
 
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

The Road Service Technician is responsible for repairs to trucks, trailers, motor coaches, and some heavy equipment. Repairs consist of roadside emergency repairs, and minor to major repairs to diesel engine vehicles. Road Service Technicians are required to work diligently with all Dispatch team members. On-Call availability is required. Additional duties will be required as necessary. Managers oversee Road Service Technicians, which includes but is not limited to Scheduling, Interpersonal issues, and training.
Standard (40) hour week, weekend availability is a must. The position has an hourly rate $35-$40/HR. plus a competitive commission, with earning potential up to $140,000 per year.
Duties and Responsibilities:

<li>Perform emergency roadside assistance, repairs, services, and diagnostics to diesel vehicles and equipment.</li>
<li>Perform brake work, electrical work, tire removal and installation.</li>
<li>Perform engine and power train repairs.</li>

The Client Relations Manager (CRM) reports to the Vice President of Workplace Solutions, and is responsible for the overall existing broker relationships and re-enrollment growth within workplace benefits clients in an assigned region. The position is focused on account management strategies that will result in overall customer satisfaction and long term growth. 
The Client Relations Manager supports the full suite of products and services offered within the Workplace Solutions sales channel. The CRM will develop and implement a proactive strategy to increase sales within existing clients via re-enrollments, rate increases or new lines of coverage. Additionally, the CRM will respond to customer needs through collaboration with their counterparts on the Customer Care team.. 
 The Client Relations Manager is expected to:

<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, agents, enrollment partners within assigned region. Become a trusted advisor with assigned customers. </li>

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience.
