The primary goals of Northeast federal fishery observation programs are to provide quantitative biological, vessel, and gear-selectivity information for various New England and Mid-Atlantic fisheries. The At-Sea Monitor program focuses specifically on the groundfish industry, a grouping of fish that includes many commonly consumed fish such as cod, haddock and various flounder species. At-Sea Monitors record detailed information on the gear and fishing activity of the vessels. Monitors work on deck on vessels ranging from 20 to 100 on trips roughly ranging from 1 to 14 days collecting data on fish catch and discard and incidental takes such as marine mammals, seabirds, and marine turtles. After attending a 3-week paid training in-person training inFalmouth, MAmonitors are deployed from ports throughout New England and Mid-Atlantic states. Gear types assessed include, trawl, gillnet, longline and handline.
 
Accommodations and meal reimbursement during in person session of training are provided.Training includes instructions on sampling protocols, gear, fisheries, fish identification, marine mammal/sea turtle identification, and safety.
 
This is a challenging job, and candidates must be mentally prepared to be away from home for multiple days, and must be physically able to handle heavy lifting, working odd hours, and long days in rough seas. Observing provides an excellent career in marine biology, as observers and monitors are widely recognized as being excellent field biologists. A broad range of advancement opportunities are available to those who demonstrate appropriate capabilities. Those opportunities include, but are not limited to, project management, field supervisors, and fieldwork in other programs.
 
Compensation:Monitorsstarting pay is $19.00/hour.Dependent on enrollment in our H&amp;W benefit, biologists may also be eligible for anadditional $4.57/hourfor the first 40 hours worked on each calendar week for a total of$23.57 hour. This is a fulltime position with benefits.Annually, monitors earn between $35K - $55K a yeardependent on their availability to deploy offshore and their personal sea day accomplishments. Monitors will be paid a minimum of 12 hours for each calendar day offshore and are also eligible for additional compensable activities while on land.

Minimum Qualifications:

Pay Transparency
The anticipated cash compensation range for this position is $95,000 - $145,000 annually. The cash compensation package includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HYCU's bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, all roles are eligible to participate in HYCUs equity plan and benefits program. Cloud Operations Engineer

Summary/Objective
Engage with people who are requesting information through the agency for housing counseling, referrals, and financial assistance. The Housing Counselor will engage with individuals and families to provide requested information and counseling. Provide information and guidance regarding significant financial transactions with high risk clients. The Housing Counselor provides Reverse Mortgage counseling to clients who are required to receive unbiased information regarding the benefits and risks of a reverse mortgage while working with an outside lender. They also provide Foreclosure Counseling to clients who are delinquent in mortgage payments and at risk of losing their housing regarding the process of loss mitigation and reviewing financial information to make a determination of financial feasibility moving forward. This position will also administer funding for move-in or housing retention costs.

Essential Functions

Required Qualifications, Education, and Experience

Markley is New Englands largest and longest operating multi-tenant, mission-critical telecommunication, and data center with facilities in Boston and Lowell MA. Markley Properties is looking to add a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to the team. This position requires the knowledge to understand electrical, plumbing and small appliances. This person will be responsible for assisting with daily routine maintenance and upkeep of the building.
 
This person is required to work nights, weekends, holidays, and snow/rainstorms if needed. Shifts sometimes vary depending on company events, tenant tours, and projects. This position is required to work in Lowell to support internal/external projects when needed.
 
Roles and Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Maintain a facility wide program of repainting areas as required to maintain a well-kept appearance.</li>
<li>Provide finishing requirements, as directed, as part of renovation, maintenance, or construction projects, perform repairs as required to walls and associated surfaces due to damage or wear to maintain integrity of appearance.</li>
<li>Perform masonry activities to include but not limited to CMU/Substrate repairs, retaining wall repairs, placing new concrete and CMU for projects as needed.</li>
<li>Maintain an adequate inventory of stock and painting equipment to ensure a minimum of delay when working from authorized work orders.</li>
<li>Store all flammable products inside the flammable storage cabinet provided in the paint shop. The paint shop must be kept clean and organized and free of accumulated trash and combustible debris.</li>
<li>Must follow all product use and warnings identified on all product packaging and ensure that all products purchased and stocked have an MSDS on file.</li>
<li>Complete all assigned tasks with an emphasis on tenant, visitor, and staff safety, working to eliminate any trip hazards associated with the current task and ensure the frequent use of wet paint signs as required.</li>
<li>Must be prepared to work with a wide range of people, from team members, laborers, sub-contractors, and other departments.</li>
<li>Ability to repair and adjust inoperable doors and hardware.</li>
