<li>Bachelors degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred</li>
<li>Proven experience as a Mortgage Sales Manager or similar role with a proven track record in sales leadership</li>
<li>In-depth knowledge of mortgage lending practices, regulations, and procedures.</li>
<li>Strong leadership and decision-making skills with a proven track record of driving results.</li>
<li>Must be a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS), authorized to conduct business in New Hampshire</li>
<li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment</li>
