About the Nurse Residency Program
Our Nurse Residency Programs are crafted to equip new nurses with the essential knowledge, skills, and critical behaviors needed for success in their careers. As a newly graduated nurse, you will:
- Engage with experienced nurses and educators
- Participate in hands-on skills sessions
- Experience precepted clinical opportunities
With the guidance of clinical preceptors, you will confidently provide quality care to patients while demonstrating your skills at the bedside. Taking the first step with The University of Vermont Health Network means embarking on a journey of lifelong learning as a registered nurse.
