Key Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include:

Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners to assess their HVAC needs and preferences.

Educate customers on various HVAC systems, products, and services, providing clear and concise explanations.

Develop customized proposals that meet the unique needs and budget of each client.

Present proposals to homeowners, highlighting the benefits and value of your recommendations.

Effectively address customer questions and concerns, building trust and rapport.

Close sales and achieve or exceed revenue targets.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new technologies, and financing options.
What We're Looking For
We are seeking a seasoned professional with:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the HVAC or home services industry.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Strong understanding of HVAC systems and their applications.

Ability to conduct thorough needs assessments and provide tailored solutions.

A customer-centric approach with a passion for exceeding expectations.

Valid driver's license.
