Business Operations Lead

The Business Operations Lead will have the opportunity to redesign the systems that drive our business, directly contributing to organizational growth. You will lead a remote team, improve processes and transform the way we work. From Salesforce development to cross functional project leadership, youll gain the experience that positions you for senior leadership roles across operations, technology, and management.
- Lead and coach a remote team of Business Operations Associates by developing talent, setting priorities, and reviewing work for quality and accuracy.
- Own customer-facing deliverables including quotes, scopes, and reports, ensuring every document is precise, professional, and timely.
- Maintain accurate pricing in Salesforce to ensure our sales and project teams always work from the most accurate data.
- Replace outdated Excel tools with scalable Salesforce workflows by turning business needs into structured solutions.
- Document and refine processes to be scalable across projects and new services lines.
- Work across teams to keep projects running smoothly from survey to repair.
- Build a culture of accountability where the team takes pride in producing work that earns customer trust.
Requirements
- 1-6 years in operations, project management, or a related role
- Experiencing leading people or projects (remote team management is a plus)
- Skilled Salesforce or another relational database system user; able to define, document, and communicate change requests to IT
- Proficiency in Excel; able to maintain, adapt, and deconstruct existing tools during the transition, ensuring continuity or reporting and data integrity
- Strong project management and process improvement skills
- Clear communication and ability to thrive in cross-functional collaboration
