Title: Technical Account Manager
Location: Remote (Massachusetts Territory)

Position Summary:
Actively contribute to increasing revenue and market share for Hanwha Vision America security products within your assigned accounts. Act as the main technical contact, building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients to maximize customer lifetime value. Support overall product sales growth by leading technically, working closely with the Key Account Manager and Regional Sales Director in your region as a team. This collaboration helps secure large opportunities that require multiple team members, positioning Hanwha Vision as the preferred Video Surveillance provider. Coordinate with internal and external sales teams to sustain steady account growth and improve sales through close relationship management. Regularly report and update the Regional Sales Director on all opportunities using the CRM system.
Major Functions/Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute action plans to successfully implement the company's strategy efficiently.
- Lead discussions on technical topics, present products, and demonstrate solutions.
- Cultivate essential skills necessary for achieving maximum success.
- Engage in open communication with the Key Account Manager, Regional Sales Director, and Vice President of Sales. Align your activities with business goals. Clarify your strategic role, expectations, and performance standards.
- Offer expert-level assistance for Hanwha Vision America technologies and solutions.
- Oversee the technical aspects of deploying, upgrading, and implementing products and solutions.
- Accelerate project timelines through collaboration with cross-functional teams such as engineering, product management, and sales.
- Ensure all internal business deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Develop and implement plans to meet customer and market training requirements.
- Leverage product knowledge to inform end users why Hanwha is a better option for securing business.
- Develop and sustain important relationships with assigned large accounts, consistently engaging to maximize their growth.
- Support customer needs by relaying feature requests and product updates to internal teams.
- Support and implement the account plans for existing major accounts and new significant opportunities.
- Keep technical documentation and procedures current.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Other Requirements:
- Experience in overseeing technical accounts, solutions engineering, or similar positions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
- Ability to connect and exert influence across all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle and prioritize several tasks effectively.
