Responsibilities

Office Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently.

Team Leadership: Lead and support office staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Client Relations: Be the point of contact for clients, handling inquiries with professionalism and ensuring client satisfaction.

Customer Service - Service a book of Personal Lines clients,.

Resource Management: Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring all necessary materials are available at all times.


Requirements

Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.

License: Property & Casualty license or willing to obtain within 12 months.

Computer Skills - Experience with Applied EPIC preferred.

Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve common goals.

Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage daily operations effectively.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination and client interaction.

Problem-Solving: Aptitude for identifying issues and implementing practical solutions.

Customer Service: Commitment to high-quality client service and relationship management.

Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail for ensuring the accuracy of records and transactions.
