What you’ll do

• Interpret ballooned drawings, GD&T, and purchase order requirements.
• Program Zeiss Calypso with clear setup instructions for First Piece, In‑Process, and Final inspection.
• Operate Zeiss CMMs to execute proven programs across the inspection lifecycle.
• Cross‑check CMM output using micrometers, indicators, and height gages; perform plate inspections as needed.
• Collaborate with Machine Operators, Programming, and Management to deliver conforming product.
• Maintain AS9100/ISO9001 rigor: documentation, revision control, traceability, and lot control.
• Assist with additional quality tasks as assigned.

What you bring

• 3+ years of CMM programming/operation experience (Zeiss Calypso required).
• Hands‑on AS9100 experience.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and customer service orientation.
• Meticulous organization, attention to detail, and deadline discipline.
• Ability to follow instructions and collaborate effectively.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs minimum.
• Full‑time commitment.
