Executive Chef Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily kitchen operations and ensure high culinary standards
  • Develop and execute innovative plant-based menus
  • Mentor and train back-of-house (BOH) staff
  • Maintain food quality, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Collaborate closely with ownership on menu planning and kitchen strategy
  • Foster a positive, efficient, and team-oriented kitchen environment

Executive Chef Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Hands-on, collaborative work ethic
  • Deep passion for plant-based cooking and sustainability
  • Ability to inspire, mentor, and grow a kitchen team
