Salary: $70,000–$80,000 + Performance Incentives

Location: South Hadley, MA

This is your chance to take the helm of a beloved, family-owned Japanese concept with deep roots in the community. Our long-time GM is retiring, and we’re looking for a dynamic, hospitality-focused leader to continue our tradition of excellence while bringing fresh ideas to the table.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee all daily operations, ensuring smooth FOH & BOH coordination.
• Drive financial performance with strong P&L management, cost control, and sales growth strategies.
• Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing team that delivers outstanding service.
• Maintain exceptional guest experiences and uphold the highest product quality standards.
• Manage vendor relationships, ordering, and inventory—especially with premium, fresh ingredients.
• Lead local marketing efforts, social media presence, and community engagement.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years restaurant management experience (sushi, fine dining, or chef-driven concepts preferred).
• Hands-on leadership style and a hospitality-first mindset.
• Strong business acumen in labor, food cost, and overall financial management.
• Calm, decisive communicator who thrives under pressure.
• Passion for Asian cuisine, fresh seafood, and culinary authenticity.
