The Social Media Marketing Coordinator is a part-time position to lead our digital presence. This role is responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that promote our brand, engage customers, and drive traffic to our recycling facility. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sustainability, strong storytelling skills, and a deep understanding of social media platforms and trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies tailored to our strategic goals.
- Create engaging content (posts, videos, and infographics) that educates and informs the public about our services.
- Grow the company’s presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, feedback, and trends; respond in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with operations and sales teams to promote services, events, and community initiatives.
- Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and report ROI.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and content creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand consistency.
- Experience with paid advertising and campaign management.
