Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable Executive Administrative Assistant to support senior leadership. This role involves managing calendars, travel, meetings, and communications while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, handles confidential information with discretion, and works well independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive-level administrative support including calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting

  • Draft reports, presentations, and professional correspondence

  • Organize and manage meetings, events, and video conferences

  • Support strategic projects and cross-functional teams

  • Set up new vendors and assist with purchase orders

  • Maintain office logistics, scheduling, and communications

  • Collaborate with other admins for backup support during absences or peak periods

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

  • 5–8 years of administrative experience, including 3+ years supporting executives

  • Strong communication, time management, and multitasking skills

  • Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, and adaptable to new software

  • Discretion with confidential information and excellent attention to detail

Working Conditions:

  • Office-based with computer work and occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs)

  • May require PPE in certain areas; must comply with all company safety and security protocols



Pay Details: $33.00 to $35.00 per hour
