Operations Supervisor – Recycling

Do you enjoy leading teams, improving processes, and keeping safety a top priority? We are looking for an Operations Supervisor to oversee recycling operations, coach staff, and ensure equipment and processes run smoothly.
What You’ll Do

Lead and support a team to meet safety and operational goals

Maintain and oversee equipment and facility operations
-
Partner with maintenance to ensure equipment compliance and uptime

Manage productivity, labor, and disposal expenses
-
Ensure customer service and regulatory compliance
-
Manage and provide leadership to team members by effectively communicating, establishing clear goals and objectives, coaching team members on achieving goals, and ensuring access to training and development opportunities that assist employees in attaining the necessary skills to achieve team and corporate results.

Outstanding relationship management skills, excellent listening, communication and problem-solving skills are required. An ability to teach and train others, and solid skills with Microsoft Office applications are expected.
What We’re Looking For
-
High school diploma or GED
-
3+ years industrial or manufacturing experience
-
Must have supervisory experience
-
Equipment operation experience (6 months–1 year)
-
Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills – looking for a solid team player and, more importantly: Team LEADER
-
Preferred, but not required: Class A or B CDL and interest in environmental/sustainability fields
Compensation & Benefits

$60,000–$75,000 DOE

Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
