Workforce Requirements Analysis (WRA) Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Location: The primary place of performance will be the Contractor's facilities and at required US Coast Guard (USCG) facilities for onsite familiarization and data collection as well as travel for two trips per year, minimum. Work hours are between 0730 and 1600 ET, Monday through Friday (except Federal holidays)
Description: CORTEK, Inc. (CORTEK) seeks a detail-oriented and highly motivated professional to provide analytical and clerical support to the USCG's Workforce Requirements Determination Division (CG-DCMS-DPR-24). This division is responsible for translating mission needs into workforce requirements by collecting, measuring, and analyzing work data across USCG operations. The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting all phases of the Workforce Requirements Determination (WRD) process.
Duties/Responsibilities: Senior-level consultant possessing:
- Demonstrated knowledge and extensive experience in developing solutions across complex tasks in multiple organizations.
- An ability to lead the team analysis, compliance reviews for documents and forms, and all other relevant tasks necessary to support client performance work statement development and/or evaluation.
- Applicable specialty knowledge of best practices methods, and may provide support for the project team. Provides subject matter knowledge to project team members and client contacts.
- Program management support based on deep knowledge of specialty standards with the ability to assist in defining project objectives and strategic direction.
- Leadership and vision to client and project teams and serves as a key facilitator between multiple teams to achieve the objectives of complex efforts.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business management and/or human resources management.
- 4 years of experience applying their specialty in workforce requirements analysis, or similar analytics.
- Previous Navy experience is a plus.
Clearance:
Active Secret clearance or higher. Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
