Advise banks and financial institutions in single-lender and syndicated loans to private equity and venture capital funds, management companies, and GPs.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- 2–3 years of experience in debt finance or fund lending transactions
- Exposure to lender-side representations is a plus
- Familiarity with private equity/VC fund structures and LPAs preferred
- Strong drafting and diligence skills in loan and collateral documents
- Organized, process-oriented, and confident handling fast-moving deals
- Admitted in MA or eligible for admission
