About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Process payroll for clients accurately and on time.
- Prepare financial statements and reports for client review.
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
- Assist in tax preparation and compliance for clients.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding financial matters.
- Utilize accounting software to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in bookkeeping or payroll processing.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Associate degree in accounting or related field preferred.
- Prior experience in a tax service firm is a plus.
