We’re hiring an energetic and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our fast casual restaurant team as we are launching an exciting new restaurant in the Boston, Massachusetts area!
This new restaurant concept is a streamlined, fast-casual version of our nationally recognized, award-winning full-service brand — which currently operates over 1,250 successful restaurant locations. We’re bringing the best of what we’ve learned into this innovative, guest-focused model, with plans to open 20 more locations soon! This restaurant manager will oversee FOH operations at our Boston-Logan location.

What We Offer:
· Competitive base salary of $65,000-70,000, depending on experience

What We’re Looking For:
· Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience (fast casual or casual dining restaurant preferred)
· Strong understanding of COG control, labor management, and team development
· Proven ability to lead both Front of House and Back of House teams
· Serve Safe certification
· Passion for guest satisfaction and building a positive team culture
· Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
· Bilingual candidates are a plus!
Key Responsibilities:
· Drive daily FOH operations and uphold our brand’s high standards for quality guest service
· Lead, coach, and motivate FOH and BOH staff
· Oversee team scheduling and labor cost control
· Conduct food and supply inventory, and manage ordering
· Interview, hire, and onboard new team members
· Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
· Ensure a welcoming, high-energy guest experience at all times
