• Schedule and coordinate appointments to facilitate efficient time management.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, to create reports, presentations, and other documents.
• Assist in organizing meetings and preparing relevant materials.
• Maintain a structured and organized filing system for easy access to documents.
• Support team members in administrative tasks to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines effectively.• Proven experience in customer service and handling inbound and outbound calls.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong skills in scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
