The Sales Representative will assist the Sales Coordinator and Sales Manager with the administration and delivery of groups and functions, partner programs, and the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) initiatives.
General Accountabilities
Groups & Functions:
- Assist with coordinating group & function logistics, including meetings, reunions, weddings, parties, and more.
- Coordinate pre-arrival requirements such as liability waivers, group rosters, and activity reservations.
- Process invoices, collect payments, and maintain accurate revenue accounting.
Partner Program:
- Aid in administering the company Partner Program by invoicing partners, processing payments, and coordinating with Marketing & Sales for cross-promotion.
Campaign Administration:
- Support the company's CRM platform by segmenting customer lists, creating campaign schedules, measuring performance, and identifying new campaign opportunities.
Direct Promotions:
- Provide sales support for direct promotions, trade shows, and events; assist with staff scheduling, travel arrangements, and design of promotional materials.
