Position Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-driven Junior Market Researcher to join our marketing department in a fast-paced agency environment. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who thrives under deadlines, enjoys analyzing consumer insights, and can translate data into actionable recommendations that support campaigns and client strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, organize, and analyze data from diverse primary and secondary research sources to uncover consumer trends and market opportunities.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitors, and shifts in consumer behavior to inform marketing strategy.
  • Contribute to the creation of dynamic client presentations and reports that clearly communicate insights.
  • Collaborate with senior strategists to design and implement advanced analytics projects for high-touch clients
  • Collaborate within the marketing department to ensure research findings shape impactful campaigns.
  • Manage multiple research tasks simultaneously in a fast-turnaround agency environment.
  • Assist senior researchers with custom client projects while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Psychology, or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify key insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite and research tools; familiarity with survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey) a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly and persuasively.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a deadline-driven, client-focused environment.
  • Adaptability and eagerness to work on multiple client accounts and industries simultaneously.

  • Experience with tools like data visualization and research tools like Tableau or reading complicated reports and consolidating into bite-size actionable insights
