We are a small, family owned and operated company that manufactures stone counter tops. We are currently looking to add an Account Manager to our team.
Responsibilities:
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- Work with customers and designers to find the right products for their projects
- Respond promptly to all customer inquiries and concerns
- Schedule for our technicians to go to job sites for measures and installations
- Send quotes to designers based on their specifications
- Receive and process new orders in our CRM system (Moraware)
- Review technician paperwork, update orders and prepare for production
A good fit for the positions would be some that:
- Account Management or customer service experience (2 years minimum)
- Enjoys design and working with people
- Self-Starter
- Multi-tasking
- Organized
- Outgoing
- Attention to detail
