The Operations Manager position is responsible for administrative activities as well as managing the construction crew, scheduling jobs and tenant interaction.
General Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
· Officeo Managing payrollo Monitor Overtimeo Updating job financialso Manage and scheduling work orders· Property Managemento Rent Collection – current and pasto Bank Depositso Keeping Appfolio - property management software system current with tenant information and paymentso Managing the Eviction processo Job Tracking/Invoicingo Communicate with Property Ownerso Schedule jobs with vendors· Constructiono Maintain the schedule for the construction/Maintenance departmento Interact with customers for scheduling purposeso Updating our systems with receipts and time tracking
Preferred Qualifications
· 3 years of office experience· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office· Ability to work in a high stress environment· Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
