What We’re Looking For:

Proven door-to-door sales or canvassing experience, with prior leadership experience.

A track record of recruiting, training, and leading high-performing teams.

Strong communication and people skills, confident, persuasive, and motivating.

Self-starter mindset with the ability to consistently hit and exceed goals.

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when homeowner engagement is highest.

Physically able to walk 3–5 miles daily in the field with your team.

Comfortable engaging homeowners, creating interest, and setting appointments.
Key Responsibilities:

Recruit, hire, and train a team of door-to-door sales representatives.

Assign and oversee canvassing territories to maximize lead opportunities.

Lead from the field coaching, motivating, and holding your team accountable.

Drive appointment-setting activity and ensure lead quality.

Train and enforce scripts, messaging, and proven sales techniques.

Track performance metrics and provide regular reporting to leadership.

Represent Total Remodeling at select events and shows, alongside your team.

Build brand awareness by distributing marketing materials and engaging homeowners face-to-face.
