Responsibilities
Curinos is looking for a strong and successful sales professional and natural team player to lead the pursuit of driving growth and retention of Curinos’ flagship Digital product. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience selling complex solutions to Financial Institutions, impeccable presentation skills, a passion for new innovations and a deep personal drive to deliver sales results by rolling up their sleeves to get the job done.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the Sales efforts in one of the most explosive areas of banking – Digital. With the domination of digital banking, it has never been clearer to Banks and Credit Unions that NOW is the time to significantly overhaul how communication to customers / members is delivered.
Our Product Solution Specialists are responsible for driving sales and supporting Client and Relationship Managers with both existing and prospective Clients.
You will have the ability to:
- Take an exciting product to market, championing its value withexisting Clients and prospects,leading the pursuitto capture a significant market opportunity in financial services digitalinsights.
- Collaborating with the product team, build a sales strategy for ‘big wins’,focusing on leveraging Curinos’ unique market position and differentiators to fill key whitespace opportunities with some of the world’s most existing financial services organizations.
- Be exec-ready by mastering the product pitch, online platform demo and value narrative to correctly position Curinos’ digital solutions to solve critical Client business problems.
- Leverage MEDDPICC and Curinos’ Sales Playbook to manage sales opportunities end to end, in conjunction with a Client Manager and other key selling stakeholders.
- Support retention efforts by playing a leading role in Client renewal lifecycle activities.
- Become a true business partner in the selling community, working in a complex selling environment where your sales skills will help drive significant growth for Curinos,
- Fully understand the digital solutions offered at the Subject Matter Expert level, and the associated development roadmaps.
- Effectively communicate Client needs and Market Opportunities for future product enhancements.
- Collect and document competitive intelligence and provide feedback to product, sales, and marketing functions.
Desired Skills & Expertise
- Bachelor’s Degree required OR equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- 5+ years of experience in retail banking and/or with experienceondigitalorganizations,orbanking tech
- Proven ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
- Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with senior executives
- Excellentlistening andanalytical skills and ability toemploy multiple data sources for solution-based sales approach
- A willingness to learn and be coached
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience with retail banking analytics, banking tech, or competitive intelligence solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and creativity skills
- Ability to adapt tactics and strategies according to financial institutions of all sizes – from top 5 banks to small credit unions
- Strong storytelling, data visualization, and presentation skills
- Track record of successfully:
- Managing multiple opportunities at a time
- Selling in a complex sales organization in which there are multiple stakeholders working with the Client
- Being hands on with data and forming solutions for outreach and sales strategies
- Managing and expanding existing client relationships
- Coaching junior members of the team
- Using Salesforce (or equivalent) to manage and communicate up to date pipeline performance
- Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, and organized
- Willingness to travel
Compensation & Growth
- Base Salary: $150K – $175K depending on experience
- Variable Compensation: Targeted at 100% of base, with uncapped earning potential
