About the role
This role leads the scientific narrative and messaging strategy for a flu vaccine program. You will ensure complex data is translated into clear, consistent, and approved communications across cross-functional and global teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Own and steward the Scientific Communication Platform (SCP) and flu scientific narratives
• Translate clinical, RWE, and HEOR data into clear, audience-specific key messages
• Maintain message discipline, version control, and data alignment across all materials
• Develop and refresh slide decks, FAQs, and training assets derived from SCP content
• Manage MRC/MLR submissions, approvals, and documentation
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Clinical, Commercial, Biostats, and Safety teams
Qualifications
• Advanced degree in life sciences (PhD, PharmD, MD, or MSc)
• 5+ years in Scientific Communications or Medical Affairs within pharma/biotech
• Required experience in flu/influenza or vaccines
• Proven ownership of scientific narratives or SCP platforms
• Strong scientific writing, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
Compensation (MA Pay Transparency):
• Estimated hourly range: $65–$70/hr (W-2).
• Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.
