Our client is an American real estate investment trust that owns, develops, and operates wireless and broadcast communications infrastructure across several countries. The organization enables secure and reliable connectivity by supporting carriers and broadcasters with shared infrastructure solutions.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $53.00 to $63.00/hr. w2


Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate sessions to elicit, document, and analyze business and functional requirements for information security initiatives.
  • Translate IAM concepts such as authentication, provisioning, entitlements, role based access control, and certifications into concise business requirements.
  • Create detailed use cases, workflows, and business rules for an enterprise Identity Governance Administration solution.
  • Serve as liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure shared understanding and alignment.
  • Apply IAM and IGA process knowledge including Joiner/Mover/Leaver, access request and approval workflows, access reviews, recertifications, and role engineering lifecycle.
  • Leverage risk assessment experience to document findings and track remediation of open risk items with internal and external parties.
  • Ensure IAM solutions align to governance, risk, and compliance policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies, conflicting practices, and integration issues, and propose alternative solutions.
  • Partner with security project teams and vendors on configuration requirements, data analysis deliverables, and timely follow-ups on open items.
  • Prepare the business for implementation of security tools, enhancements, new products, and process changes, including end-user training support.
  • Develop and maintain productive business relationships and collaborate on requirements through delivery.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Experience Requirements:

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, GRC, risk assessments, systems implementation or enhancements, and IT systems support.
  • Three years working with IAM across enterprise IGA platforms, PAM solutions, and/or access management control implementations (preferred).
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects with measurable outcomes.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and other IT project management methodologies.
  • Understanding of GRC, information security, IT, and core business concepts.
  • Ability to provide technical direction and drive innovation amid uncertainty and ambiguity.
  • Ability to evaluate the impact of business changes on systems and processes.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills with clear presentation of ideas and suggestions.
  • Ability to work across functional groups and levels to achieve professional results.
  • Strong organizational skills with effective prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
