Compensation & Sign-On
- Total Earning Potential: $200,000 – $250,000+
- Base Salary: $140,000 – $160,000
- Production: Estimated at $50,000 – $100,000
- Sign-On/Retention Bonus: $30,000
- Student Debt Support: $5,250 annual debt payoff contribution.
Requirements
- Experience: Preference for 2+ years in small animal practice, though high-potential New Graduates will be considered.
- Skills: Strong general medicine and routine surgery skills; an interest in dentistry is a plus.
- Traits: Excellent bedside manner, a collaborative team-player mindset, and a commitment to the local community.
- Schedule: Flexible 3 or 4-day work week; 1 in 4 Saturdays (until 1:00 PM).
