Job DescriptionSalary:
Charles River CFO, Inc. is seeking a Fractional CFO with a background in the real estate industry who can excel at designing and building systems, close control gaps, and mentor internal staff. This opportunity is an on-site opportunity that can transition to hybrid or remote after architecture and implementation phases of a project are complete. Commuting expenses could be reimbursed for certain applicants.
Work Environment Details & Availability Needs:
4-6 week period estimated for architecture and implementation period.
On-site Requirement 3 days a week with a 4 to 6 hours weekly time commitment.
Transition to 3 days a week with a 24 hour weekly time commitment
Transition to 18 weeks with variable weekly time commitment, and reduced ongoing hours thereafter
Key Responsibilities:
Lead clients financial operations
Build solid relationships with constituents
Provide high-quality financial advice, experience, and analysis
Ensure regulatory compliance
Experience & Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance, or a similar field
10+ years real estate or fund CFO experience
Hands-on builder of multi-entity cash-flow & BI stacks.
Ability to analyze complex situations, identify key issues, and solve problems
Ability to mentor internal staff
