Job Summary:The ASM/SGM is responsible for assisting the Service Manager in day to day operations and managing the business.
Responsibilities:
- As the lead technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of our projects from start to finish.
- 90% of their time is billable work orders and winning new clients or leads.
- Serves as leader in the field; leading, coaching, mentoring, providing trade knowledge to our technicians
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Responsible for the training and continued development of the technical and mechanical skills of team.
- Complete assigned work orders in a timely manner and communicate work order status with Office.
- Sell and develop Preventive Maintenance programs to potential and existing customers
- Explain replacement opportunities for aging, inefficient or under-performing systems
- Conducting thorough inspections of project sites to assess the installation requirements and determine the most efficient and effective approach.
- Supervising and providing guidance to a team of installers and service technicians, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, industry standards, and company policies.
- Conducting comprehensive system testing and diagnostics to ensure proper functioning and performance of the installed systems.
- Maintaining accurate records of all installed systems, repairs, maintenance, and service calls.
- Keeping up to date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in HVAC installation.
- Adhering to company policies and procedures, particularly those related to safety, quality, and customer service.
- Performing any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
Qualifications/Require Skills:
- Read, write, understand, and carry out oral and written instructions in English.
- Ability to manually lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Must possess EPA Recovery Certification.
- Must possess OSHA 10.
- Must be a high school or trade school graduate.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems
- Ability to read commercial wiring schematics
- Ability to lift 50 pounds independently and use power and hand tools
- Must be mechanically inclined
- Must have passion for exceptional service
- Must be available for on-call rotation (weekend availability)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
