<li>Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally</li>
<li>Respond to questions from both current and prospective clients</li>

 Requirements

<li>Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience</li>
<li>Strong communication skills and a friendly, patient demeanor</li>
<li>Ability to multitask and collaborate within a team environment</li>
