Job Summary
We are seeking a Material Handling & Quality Support Associate to ensure smooth movement and accurate documentation of parts within our operations. This role supports both Quality Control and Warehouse teams by sorting, labeling, and preparing parts, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating the flow of products from suppliers to inspection.
Key Responsibilities
- Print and apply internal and customer labels according to company and customer standards.
- Coordinate priorities between the warehouse and internal teams to ensure timely processing of parts.
- Scan, file, and maintain required documents, including Certificates of Conformance (COCs) and packing slips, in the database.
- Receive products from suppliers and move them to receiving inspection.
- Ensure accurate and efficient handling of parts throughout the workflow.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand for the entire scheduled shift.
- Capable of climbing, lifting, bending, stooping, squatting, and twisting as needed.
- Ability to follow department and company policies, procedures, and instructions.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records.
