Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Pay Rate: $24 - $26/hr
Location: Beverly, MA 01915
Job Type: Temp to Perm
Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No flexibility for different hours)

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our fast-paced team in Beverly, MA.. The ideal candidate will thrive in a busy environment, managing multiple emails and administrative tasks efficiently while delivering exceptional customer service.

Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist the customer service team with daily activities including order entry, quote management, order checking, expediting, and other administrative duties. Your focus will be on ensuring accurate, timely, and high-quality service to our clients.

Essential Functions:

Provide accurate and timely quotes to the assigned customer base (book pricing, contract pricing, special pricing).
Manage order entry, changes, and scheduling.
Address client issues efficiently and escalate to Customer Service Supervisor when necessary.
Maintain strong communication between clients and team members to promote collaboration.
Process expedite requests in coordination with the planning team.
Perform other administrative and customer service duties as required.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

1-3 years of customer service experience.
Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Exceptional organization skills and strong attention to detail.
Excellent time management and follow-through abilities.
Effective interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Must be a US citizen and ITAR compliant.
