Full-time | Mon–Fri, 8:00am–4:30pm | South Barre, VT

Butterfly Bakery of Vermont is hiring an Assistant Kitchen Supervisor to help lead our small kitchen crew in producing our award-winning Vermont-grown hot sauces. We're looking for someone with kitchen or food production experience and leadership skills who thrives in a hands-on, hard-working, team-focused environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Help lead daily kitchen operations and keep hot sauce production on pace
  • Prep, cook and bottle small-batch hot sauces with our 4–6 person crew
  • Maintain accurate records and logs
  • Support a clean, organized and efficient kitchen

What We’re Looking For:

  • Prior kitchen or food production experience
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience
  • Attention to detail and strong time management
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet all day
  • Team-oriented, positive, and dependable
