Gunstock Mountain Resort is seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our Group Sales team as Private Tubing Hill Rental Attendants. This part-time, per diem role supports private group tubing events by ensuring a safe, fun, and memorable experience for all guests. Ideal candidates enjoy working outdoors, interacting with people, and contributing to a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist private tubing guests upon arrival

• Monitor tubing hill activity to ensure guest safety and adherence to resort guidelines

• Maintain a clean and orderly tubing area throughout the event

• Communicate effectively with Group Sales staff and other departments as needed

• Respond promptly and professionally to guest questions or concerns

• Support other group sales activities as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills

• Ability to work outdoors in winter conditions for extended periods

• Comfortable standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 lbs.

• Availability for flexible scheduling, including weekends, holidays, and evenings

• Prior experience in guest services, recreation, or outdoor events preferred

Schedule & Compensation:

• Status: Part-Time, Per Diem

• Hours: Vary based on event bookings; primarily weekends and holidays but usually about 1 event per week.
