Compensation
Base salary $80,000 to $100,000 per year, plus performance bonus and benefits

Role Overview
Seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead a successful Latin inspired table service restaurant in Boston poised for growth. The GM will report to the Regional Director and assume full P and L responsibility, operational oversight, team leadership, guest experience excellence, and revenue growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Own full P and L: budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and margin improvement

Manage daily operations across front and back of house, ensuring seamless service and compliance with health and safety standards

Recruit, train, and lead a high performing team of managers, supervisors, FOH and BOH staff

Deliver consistent and memorable guest experiences; address feedback and ensure standards

Monitor inventory, labor, and vendor relationships; optimize cost efficiency

Drive marketing initiatives, promotions, catering, events, and community outreach

Implement strategic plans, including menu innovation, upsell initiatives, and operational enhancements to reach $5M in revenue

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years experience as a GM or AGM in a multi unit or high volume upscale casual dining environment

Proven success in P and L ownership, hitting sales and margin goals

Strong leadership and team development skills

Proficiency with POS, labor forecasting, inventory and financial management systems
