Our Casual Package Delivery Drivers are the heartbeat of UPS. They drive our iconic brown trucks, bringing joy and essentials to our customers. If you love being outdoors, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and thrive behind the wheel, this role is perfect for you!
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Physical Strength: Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
- Valid Driver’s License: No CDL required (license type varies by state).
- Health Requirements: Pass the DOT physical.
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and driving abilities.
- Legal Eligibility: Must have the legal right to work in the U.S.
- Professional Appearance: Compliance with UPS appearance guidelines and uniform requirements.
Your Work Schedule:
As a full-time casual package delivery driver, you’ll work 8 to 10 hours per day. Your workdays may vary between Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday, depending on business needs.

Note: This is a seasonal role, but it’s a fantastic way to start your journey with UPS. Permanent, full-time delivery drivers can earn an average total compensation package of $145,000 per year, including $0 healthcare premiums, up to seven weeks of paid vacation, and contributions to a defined-benefit pension plan.
