The ideal candidate will assist clients with their insurance needs, including providing information on policies, processing claims, and managing accounts. Responsibilities:

• Assist clients via phone, email, and in-person with inquiries about their insurance policies and coverage.
• Provide clear and accurate information regarding policy options and terms.
• Help clients with the claims process and follow up on their behalf.
• Process policy changes, renewals, and payments with a high degree of accuracy.
• Maintain organized and confidential client files and documentation.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional insurance products.
• Stay up-to-date on company products, policies, and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Prior experience in an insurance agency required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency with computer systems and office software.
• A valid insurance license is required.
• An existing book of business a plus.
• Ability to work a flexible, part-time schedule.
