Through partnerships, technology, and perseverance, we are reimagining how clinical research and health services reach the world. Together, we are building a future of health that is better and more accessible for all.

You'll be the go-to HR partner for your business teams and help bring to life programs designed by our Compensation, Benefits and Talent Acquisition teams and by working with People Operations to land them smoothly. • Demonstrated influence with senior managers in a matrixed, fast-changing environment.
  • Working knowledge of U.S. employment law and ER fundamentals; experience partnering with COEs and HR Ops/HRIS.
  • Proficiency with HRIS and people analytics; ability to turn data into decisions; AI literacy for HR workflows.
  • Strong consulting skills (problem framing, options/implications, crisp recommendations), facilitation, and communication.
  • Previous experience mentoring or directly managing other HR professionals in ER matters.
