CMC:Berkshires is our private 15-bed residential treatment center located on 200 acres in the Berkshire Mountains of Western Massachusetts. SEEKING A DEPENDABLE & EXPERIENCED BAKER/ BREAKFAST COOK

We are seeking a professional Individual to join our small stable team in a NON-RESTAURANT food service environment. We need someone who wants to work, is eager to contribute to the mission of the organization. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys early mornings, consistent hours, working in professional kitchen setting without the late nights.


Compensation: Commensurate with experience

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Previous professional baking experience required
  • Breakfast or short order cooking experience preferred
  • Ability to work early morning shifts reliably
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Dependable, punctual and team oriented

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and bake fresh breakfast items including breads, muffins, pastries, etc
  • Cook and assemble breakfast foods efficiently and consistently
  • Follow standardized recipes, production schedules, and portion guidelines
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
  • Set up and break down of breakfast service as needed
  • Work independently while supporting small team environment
