Position: Executive Chef
Location: Southern New Hampshire Area
Salary: $100,000 - $115,000
We are seeking an Executive Chef for a country club in the southern New Hampshire area. The right candidate will bring hands-on leadership, creativity, and experience managing weddings, banquets, and à la carte dining simultaneously.
What You’ll Do
- Lead all culinary operations including weddings, business events, and daily dining
- Maintain a fresh, seasonal menu using locally sourced ingredients
- Control food and labor costs without compromising quality
- Hire, train, and develop kitchen staff
- Ensure consistent execution across events and dining outlets
- Meet all safety, health, and sanitation regulations
What You Bring
- Proven experience as Executive Chef in a country club or upscale events venue
- Expertise in large-scale functions and simultaneous service operations
- Track record of food cost management and vendor coordination
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in seasonal menu planning
- Culinary degree preferred but not required
