We’ve created an Entry Level Sales Representative position that is designed to take anyone and turn them into a rockstar sales professional in very little time as long as you are as focused on improving yourself as we are!
Previous sales experience is NOT necessary, as we offer both in office and field training with ongoing team and one-on-one support. Just bring your positivity, your great smile and your people skills! Any previous customer service, inside or outside sales, or customer interfacing experience is a plus.
You’ll be able to comfortably learn by earning a base salary with commissions on top. Those that are interested and able will also have the chance to be groomed for upward career advancement/promotions.
What you'll do as an Entry Level Sales Rep:
- Generate qualified leads of homeowners interested in a new roof.
- Schedule prospective customers for a free information session.
- Develop industry knowledge.
- Meet and exceed our lead generation goals.
What you'll bring:
- Be self-driven and highly motivated.
- Have a proven track record of setting and achieving goals.
- Have a reliable mode of transportation.
- Have a cell phone with data and internet.
- Be 18 years old or older.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
