Location: 185 Main St, Stoneham, MA 02180
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour, depending on experience
JOB SUMMARY
Stoneham Ford, a family-owned and operated dealership since 1927, is seeking a reliable, energetic Service Department Lot Attendant to join our team. This full-time position is essential to the daily operations of our service department and offers stable hours, a supportive work environment, and long-term job security.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Service Lot Attendant manages vehicle flow on the dealership lot and supports the service department with general daily tasks. This role is active, hands-on, and important to maintaining organization and efficiency.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Move, park, and organize customer and dealership vehicles
• Maintain a clean, organized dealership lot
• Ensure all vehicles remain locked and secured
• Perform light cleaning or vehicle washing as needed
• Provide friendly, professional assistance to customers
• Support the service department with general tasks as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required)
• Ability to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred but not required)
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Able to walk, stand, and move vehicles throughout the workday
