Adecco is searching for a TEMPORARY Retail Sportswear Analyst in Boston! This is a 5-7 month contract role to cover a leave and is fully in person/on-site in Boston with 0 remote opportunity.

Hours: 8:30AM-5:00PM, Monday-Friday

Pay: $35-$40/hour DOE


Job Duties:

  • Weekly and monthly sell-through analysis & reporting

  • Support ad-hoc research and analysis requests

  • Analyze trends, alert appropriate stakeholders with issues, and advise on actioning

  • Develop and maintain performance dashboards and visualizations to provide insights into channel and customer performance

  • Provide monthly recap & analysis of category performance for financial reporting

  • Optimize our reporting and analysis tools to increase the level of automation

  • Continously refine secondary/syndicated data sources to ensure data quality, accuracy, and relevance

  • Adheres to all company policies and procedures

  • Embodies and demonstrates company ethics and values

  • Abides by all federal, state and local laws

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in athletic/sportswear retail

  • Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

  • Proven track record of developing Excel-based tools and reports to analyze large data sets.

  • Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple projects against deadlines

  • Translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations for leadership.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources.

  • Knowledge of retail KPIs and processes

Pay Details: $35.00 to $40.00 per hour
