BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Receptionist in Boston, MA 02109
Position Title: Receptionist
Location: Boston, MA 02109
Shift Timing: Mon - Friday
Anticipated start date: 1-2 Weeks
Duration: 10 Months contract and the possibility to be extended the contract.
Pay Rate: $19.00 - $20.00 on W2
8:45 am – 5:00 pm
Hours/Units per day: 7.5
Days per week: 5
Position Overview:
Receptionist using the five-9 telephone system for routing multidepartment calls. Customer service greeting customers at point of entry to the department.
Daily tasks:
Routing calls scanning documents to PDF electronic filing indexing boxes of files and preparing for scanning opening and sorting daily mail additional administrative projects as needed. Proficiency in MS Office Suite
