Sharples is seeking a very strong Customer Service Representative that will assist with daily quoting and ordering within a business-to-business market. We are looking for a self-motivated candidate to learn and grow within our expanding organization. The role will report directly to the Sales and Marketing Director and will work with Account Managers to service our customers at a high level of service. The job is based on site at the North Attleboro location Monday – Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
Customer Service Representative: A liaison to our clients, which includes customer service and technical communications.
· Expedite status updates and requests from customers while ensuring accuracy.
· Respond in a timely way with quotes, orders and client inquiries.
· Work with Plant personnel to expedite orders to meet customer demands.
· Determine costing and pricing
· Coordinate with the Sales/Marketing Director and Account Managers to maximize sales within an account.
· Review quality specifications and requirements.
· Answer office phones and take messages when others are not available to answer calls
· Other activities, as assigned.
Qualifications
· High School Diploma or GED
· Proficient in MS Office
· Attention to detail.
· Ability to read mechanical drawings
· Ability to be a team player
· Experience in the die-cutting industry is a plus
