About the Role:
We’re seeking an Experienced Procurement Manager to lead purchasing operations for grocery, produce, perishables, and CPG products. This role requires strong vendor negotiation, inventory management, and cross-department collaboration to drive cost efficiency and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage purchasing activities for grocery, produce, perishables, and CPG items.
- Negotiate with vendors to reduce costs and maintain quality.
- Oversee inventory analysis, price book management, and procurement strategy.
- Approve purchase orders and ensure smooth supply chain operations.
- Collaborate with internal departments and customers.
- Lead and mentor the procurement team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3–5 years of procurement experience (CPG, food service, perishables required; tobacco and convenience store experience a plus).
- Strong negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Oracle Cloud, E3 Replenishment Inventory, and Microsoft Office Suite.
