Job DescriptionRepo & Treasury Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute repo trades, ensuring the efficient functioning of financing strategies
- Monitor and analyze market conditions, counterparty exposures, and liquidity flows
- Collaborate with broker/dealer networks and internal teams to optimize trade execution and settlement processes
- Support cash and treasury operations, including liquidity management and risk controls
- Automate data analysis and reporting processes using VBA, Python, or other tools to improve operational efficiency
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in fixed income financing, repo markets, or treasury operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related discipline
- Strong proficiency in Excel, with experience in VBA or Python for automation
- In-depth understanding of repo trading, fixed income products, and cash management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Experience with market monitoring tools and counterparty risk management
- Prior involvement in automation projects or system onboarding within treasury functions
