  • Responsibilities:Manage and assess clients' insurance needs, offering expert advice and customized solutions for commercial lines of business.
  • Guide clients through the insurance process, from policy selection to claims management, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are addressed with precision and care.
  • Collaborate with insurance carriers to secure optimal coverage and rates tailored to client needs.
  • Handle policy renewals, adjustments, and inquiries efficiently while maintaining accuracy and timeliness.


  • Must-Have Skills:Proven experience in commercial lines insurance with a solid understanding of various coverage types and industry regulations.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for delivering a positive client experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Relevant insurance licenses and certifications are highly preferred.
