Our client is located North of Boston, MA, and has a Global reach of 27 countries.
Language Preference: Bilingual in Spanish is highly desired, but not an interview stopper!
Channel Territory Support: LATAM, APAC, ANZ

Seeking an experienced Channel Operations Specialist to help elevate the reseller partnerships and ensure operational excellence across key international markets.
As a Senior Channel Operations Specialist, you’ll be managing and optimizing the reseller channel operations. You’ll ensure seamless execution of channel strategies, support sales and marketing initiatives, and troubleshoot CRM-related issues to maintain the integrity of our Global revenue stream.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and strengthen relationships with global reseller partners
• Support LATAM, APAC, and other international territories with tailored operational strategies
• Troubleshoot escalations and manage CRM workflows (SFDC/NetSuite)
• Set up non-contracted resellers in CRM systems
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive channel performance and partner satisfaction
• Lead and train internal teams to ensure alignment and excellence
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5–7 + years in Senior Channel Operations Support
• 2+ years in Reseller Management
• Experience in a global tech or high-tech manufacturing company
• Strong CRM experience (Salesforce, NetSuite)
• Executive presence with consultative relationship-building skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal adaptability
• Proven leadership and motivational capabilities
• Thick-skinned, open-minded, and relentless in follow-up
• Spanish fluency — essential for LATAM partner engagement
• Experience in software product environments
• Passion for operational excellence and global collaboration
